In that area you must try "Linsen mit Spaetzle". Is one of the "National Dishes" of the Suevians ("Schwaben"), where Stuttgart is the capital from.



In this dish is normally included "Wuerstle" (= 2 wursts) .... and foreigners might even add curry ketchup, if they can not appreciate the pure taste of this culinarically simple speciality. But be sure, it feeds you quite a lot better and healthier than any fast food.



Referring to drinking: it goes with anything, but beer in my opinion is a very good choice.
